Polyaspartic is an Aliphatic Polyurea floor coating based on new Polyurea technology. Aliphatic Polyurea gives off very low odours in application and none after curing and is highly moisture resistant. This coating is extremely color stable and displays excellent UV weathering characteristics. It can be applied in temperatures above –6.7°C.
When fully cured, Aliphatic Polyurea Coat will produce a highly abrasion resistant, high-gloss, smooth finish. Aliphatic Clear Coat is used by itself or in combination with other materials to produce coatings on concrete, metal, plastic or wood substrates. Its composition makes it suitable for applications requiring color stability. Aliphatic Clear Coat produces an extremely tough film at any thickness and may be applied in all positions to any suitably prepared substrate.
The high tensile strength of the coating allows this product to better withstand the abuse of industrial equipment, steel-wheeled carts, and forklifts. Coating has excellent chemical resistance and is well suited for some harsh applications.
